The Canadian Club of Norway (CCN) is proud to co-host this popular event with the Embassy. The picnic is open to the entire Canadian-Norwegian community.

Please Note: This is a volunteer-driven event and we count on your contributions.

For the past few events we have had individuals sign up but not show up for the event! This causes us problems because we cannot cover the costs for the food we order. If you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible. If not, you will be charged the registration fee.

You are welcome to renew you Canadian Club membership at this event. NOK 150 for families or NOK 100 for individuals.

LOCATION: The Canadian Official Residence, Slemdalsveien 43, 0373 Oslo
DATE: Sunday, June 19th, 2016
TIME: 13:00–18:00. The gates will be manned from 12:45 to 14:00. Gates close at 14:00!

NB: Note the address of the Official Residence!

Parking is NOT available at the Residence; the closest parking is at Vinderen. The best is to take public transportation via T-Banen linje 1, and get off at Steinerud stasjon.

NB! The registration deadline is June 4th. THOSE WHO REGISTER AFTER JUNE 4th WILL BE CHARGED NOK 50 EXTRA PER ADULT. The deadline is necessary for ordering food and drinks.

Payment in CASH at the gate or you can prepay to our Club account:

• Account no.: 0539 58 35558 - Be sure to identify the payment with "Canada Day Fee and/or Membership fee CCN, plus 'your name'". Prepayment must be made by June 11th.
• Affiliated adults (CCN and CNBA members, Embassy staff): NOK 100
• Other adults: NOK 150
• Children, ages 3-15: NOK 50
• Children, age 2 and under: free
• The admission charge covers hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, dessert, coffee, games and entertainment.
• Beer and wine: NOK 20 a bottle/glass; soft drinks, juice, water: NOK 10. (Please bring change or small bills to help with the payments)
• Dress is informal. Bring something to sit on. Special seating will be provided for senior guests.
